  1. Welcome & Meeting Objectives

∙ Reminder: All partners should upload the Boarding passes on the Drive as soon as  possible.

  1. Progress on WP2 – Presentation by Lefteris Yannakoudakis

∙ Summary of Progress

o Desk research and needs analysis finalized and consolidated

o The initial draft of the Competence Framework has been uploaded

∙ Discussion on Feedback Process

o Current status of feedback collection: Consorzio Scuola Comunità Impresa has  already responded and provided feedback which has been incorporated. o Final feedback deadline: February 19, 2025

∙ Upcoming Piloting Phase (WP2/A3) (March 1 – April 30, 2025)

o Oloklirosi will develop the guidelines to support the teachers in the  implementation

o A webinar for the stakeholders will be organized

o At least 10 teachers per country (5 actively participating and 5 inactively) o Feedback will be collected by the teachers directly ant by the students indirectly o The data collection deadline is postponed for May 15 due to the Easter holidays o There will be 2 phases with surveys and questionnaires, one before the use in 

the classroom and one after the teachers’ implementation and observations. o The age of the students should be 15-18

∙ Progress on Dissemination Actions

o Following the guidelines given on the email sent by OLOKLIROSI, all partners  should find the Partners’ Social Media Document and the Social Media Posting  Schedule document on the Drive and fill them out. In short there should be 1  post per month per partner.

∙ Next Steps & Upcoming Tasks

∙ Hackathon & upcoming meeting in Novara. Oloklirosi will submit a request to the  National Agency to postpone it for October since schools are not open in July. If the  response is positive all partners will be informed to set the dates, which should be after  the 6th of October, after the SYKLI’s request since in the first week they are otherwise  engaged, but not later in order not to deviate from the schedule and deadlines of the  project.
