4th Partners’ Online Meeting Minutes

The 4th online meeting focused on the following key topics:

1. Welcome and Agenda Overview

-Brief welcome and approval of agenda

-Reminder of current phase and objectives

2. WP2/A3 Piloting Wrap-Up – Key Observations

Partner submissions: The piloting reports from CSCI and SYKLI are pending.

Initial Findings: Positive feedback from teachers, with useful insights regarding the applicability of the framework.

Next Steps:

-All piloting reports and teacher evaluation forms must be submitted as soon as possible.

-Analysis and refinement of the competence framework will follow and be completed by end of May.

-Clarification was given that the Framework is meant for curriculum design, not lesson plans or assessment tools.

3. WP2/A4: Improvement and Translation Phase

-The Refinement Process will begin after the collection of all piloting reports.

-Translations: All partners are to translate the final framework into their languages by end of June and then send the translated framework to at least 10 teachers in their country.

4. Hackathon in Italy – Timeline & Planning

-Dates Confirmed:

• Travel days: October 28, November 1, 2025
• Hackathon and Meeting: October 29-31, 2025

-Additional information: Vercelli, a location near Novara was proposed by CSCI as a better alternative for the accommodation of the students and the accompanying teachers.

5. Open Discussion & Next Steps

-Next online meeting to be scheduled by mid-June – OLOKLIROSI will send a doodle poll.

-Social Media:

• Reminder to post regularly and grow the project’s followers.
• Partners to update the shared Google Drive file with their posting status.

-Website Content: Partners (except Eco Logic and CSCI) should upload their logo and brief description of their organization on the specified folder in the shared Drive (WP4 -Dissemination and Evaluation/Web page).
