The 5th online meeting focused on the following key topics:

Stakeholder Documentation on the Desk Research and Needs analysis

All partners (except Ecologic) must upload a list, a template of which will be sent of at least 3 stakeholders (names, roles, and signed declarations of participation) until early September (before mid-term evaluation) for the competence framework development.

MOOC Module Distribution

• OLOKLIROSI – Module 1: Foundations of Differentiated Pedagogy
• SYKLI – Module 2: Environmental Education
• Ecologic – Module 3: Inclusive and Culturally Responsive Learning
• CSCI – Module 4: Digital Tools
• Zespol – Module 5: Reflective PractiMarcin offered help with Module 4.

Lefteris and Marcin will be able to provide support for Module 3 and 4 accordingly

 Hackathon & TPM Planning

Venue & Accommodation

●      The venue previously suggested in Vercelli is unavailable so the event is relocated to Novara.

●      Novara accommodation is suggested to be in the city center – somewhere affordable and close to schools.

●      Valerio will send a detailed info packet with hotel options by next Monday.

●      All partners to confirm exact participant numbers (students & teachers) for booking.

Hackathon & TPM Event Structure

●      The Hackathon will take place in the morning and the TPM in the afternoon (3 days).

●      A potential excursion is planned for the last day.

●      Final decisions pending for student participants from Poland and Greece.

●      There is a possibility for teachers to participate in both Hackathon and TPM sessions.

●      The Polish team will assist with activity design, including icebreakers.

●      CSCI to officially announce Hackathon dates on social media.

●      Lefteris will provide a Word version of a shared tablet template.

●      A suggestion was made so that each partner works on modules independently and then compares results.

Social Media & Communication

●      Each partner will be responsible for posting their own content on a monthly basis. CSCI is in the position to post updates about the Icon project, as its dates had recently been finalized.

●      Posts can include both internal project updates and external EU/world news.

Competence Framework Translation & Dissemination

●      All partners are to translate the competence framework into their local language by August and distribute the translated version to 10 teachers. Guidelines will be provided after the translations are complete.

●      Teacher declarations are not required for this step.

Timeline Adjustment

Ecologic requested a deadline extension from the end of June to mid-July and all partners agreed to the new timeline.
